Money to the automakers doesn't bother a fraction as much as bailing out the mega banks.

On the "bonus" subject... the banks gave out $1.6 billion in bonuses to execs after they got their bailout. Only they were "cash awards" not "bonuses" because they promised not to give out "bonuses" if they got the bailout money.
I haven't been able to find where the auto makers gave out bonuses - other than to union workers.
You'll shoot your eye out.
